(Last time Sakaki met up with a new friend from a planet in space in the future named Atsuko.)

 

Atsuko: I’ve been watching you for a report I gotta do in the future.

 

Sakaki: Is it because I’m interesting?

 

(But before they could get any further a new threat appeared.)

 

Atsuko(Scared): No not them! They’re probably here to take over everything!

 

Sakaki: What?!

 

(And so Sakaki stands up to this threat. However what awaits him in the ship of mysterious invaders?)

 

Sakaki: Whatever happens I can’t let them win!

 

Sakaki: Episode 2: Tengon Capture! Sakaki’s Discovery!

 

(Our hero stands on the riverbank facing the new invaders with a serious expression.)

 

Sakaki: How in the world do I get across the river to them?

 

(The ebb and flow of the water cause Sakaki to fall back.)

 

Sakaki: Water…and I can’t swim at all. What else can I do?

 

(He looks further down the beach and sees a rowboat on the coast.)

 

Sakaki: Excellent! I can get across using that! How fortunate!

 

(He runs over to the boat, hops in and begins rowing as fast as his capable paws can go. Meanwhile Atsuko steps outside the time traveling machine and watches Sakaki go with a mournful expression.)

 

Atsuko: Look at him go…if only I could be that brave….

 

(Sakaki gets to the mothership and stops rowing.)

 

Sakaki: Ok you guys! I’m not letting you get away with trying to invade this planet! You’d better go back or face my wrath!

 

(Silence.)

 

Sakaki: HEY! ARE YOU EVEN LISTENING?!?!

 

(Then the drawbridge of the mothership comes crashing down on the rowboat crushing it and supposedly Sakaki too. The drawbridge goes back up and leaves only the splintered remains of the rowboat. Inside the ship the guards celebrate over getting rid of the annoyance that we call Sakaki.)

 

Tengon Guard A: Well that takes care of him. I wonder if all people from this time period are that annoying?

 

(Three guards stare at the ruined ship through a camera onboard.)

 

Tengon Guard B: Nah…just the ugly ones I’ll bet. (To third guard) What do you think?

 

(He says nothing.)

 

Tengon Guard B: You must be a RIOT at parties….

 

Tengon Guard A: ACK!

 

Tengon Guard B: What is it?

 

Tengon Guard A: That kid! He’s on board!

 

(And truly Sakaki IS on board. He somehow managed to jump on the drawbridge and climb in before he went down with his ship.)

 

Sakaki: So trying to get rid of me? Well that won’t happen! I’m much tougher than you think!

 

Tengon Guard A: Boss is NOT going to like this…

 

Tengon Guard B: Let’s get rid of him before he causes any REAL trouble.

 

(The three guards walk out and go to get rid of our hero.)

 

Sakaki: Now to find the head of this ship. If I can get to him the others will fall.

 

(Then Sakaki is almost hit by a laser shot.)

 

Sakaki: Whoa! You could hurt someone with that!

 

Tengon Guard B: That’s the point brat! You made a big mistake coming on here!

 

Sakaki: We’ll see about that!

 

Tengon Guard A: I have a MUCH better aim than my comrade. I’d recommend giving up before I start shooting.

 

Tengon Guard B: Well…that’s only kinda true….

 

Sakaki: What if I say no?!

 

Tengon Guard A: Well then…you can regret that decision AFTER YOU DIE!

 

Sakaki(Thinking): That’s ok…all I have to do is defend myself………..HOW?!?!

 

(Tengon Guard A takes aim…..)

Sakaki: Crap crap crap crap crap crap crap! I didn’t even come here with weapons! Now I wish I hadn’t shot my mouth out like that…..

 

(Sakaki glances around and sweats profusely.)

 

Sakaki: What do I do now?!?

 

(Tengon Guard A takes a shot at Sakaki, who quickly dives behind a support beam.)

 

Tengon Guard B: You idiot! Don’t shoot that! You’ll kill us all!

 

Tengon Guard A: My bad…it’s not like I meant to do that.

 

Tengon Guard B: Better aim my foot! You suck as bad as I do!

 

Tengon Guard A: Shut up! (To third guard.) You decide! Who’s better? Him or me?

 

(The silent guard points to where Sakaki was before he ran away while they were arguing.)

 

Tengon Guard A: DAMN! Why didn’t you say anything while he was escaping?!

 

Tengon Guard B: I think the gag is for him not to talk…

 

Tengon Guard A: SHUT UP! Anyway he’s running around with no idea where he’s going. We’ll find him soon enough.

 

(The three of them smile evilly. Sakaki meanwhile has stumbled into a store room and hides behind some crates.)

 

Sakaki: This was NOT a good idea…I should have thought about attack capabilities before I showed up here.

 

(He looks at the crates he’s hiding behind.)

 

Sakaki: There’s GOTTA be something here…a super space rifle, a beam sword…anything!

 

(He pries a crate open and finds a yo-yo.)

 

Sakaki: A yo-yo…? This is what is supposed to save me?

 

(Then the three guards open the door.)

 

Tengon Guard A: Fancy meeting you here.

 

Sakaki: How…fortunate….

 

Tengon Guard B: I can hit you from this distance….ready to die brat?

 

(Sakaki clutches the Yo-yo and sweats.)

 

Sakaki(thinking): Here goes….

 

(He swings the Yo-yo and manages to knock out the silent and unlucky Tengon guard C.)

 

Sakaki: Whoa….

 

Tengon Guard A/B: Whoa….

 

(C instantly gets back up however, and isn’t too happy looking at all.)

 

Sakaki: THIS THING IS WORTHLESS!

 

Tengon Guard A: Now back to your destruction.

 

Sakaki: Grr…maybe I should….try again!

 

(He swings again and manages to wrap the Yo-yo around the two guard’s weapons and snatch them away.)

 

Sakaki: hey…there’s a nifty feature. Now if you two don’t wanna get blasted back up SLOWLY!

 

(The three guards follow instructions, and Sakaki runs out of the room with their weapons in tow.)

 

Sakaki: Hah! This will be easier than I thought!

 

(Then he steps on a red button, which causes an alarm to go off.)

 

Sakaki: Ergh…maybe not.

 

(A dozen guards instantly surround Sakaki, and move in taking him captive. They bring him to a big room where the controls for the ship are kept and are being activated by someone sitting in a big chair.)

 

Tengon Guard: Sir! We caught this earthling running around the ship.

 

(The person in the chair snickers.)

 

Chair: Well good work. I’ve been dying to see one of these earthlings.

 

Sakaki: This must be the boss…..

 

(The man in the chair turns to Sakaki and reveals himself to be a rather human looking fellow with a black suit on and a long flowing cape. He has black hair and small yellow eyes.)

 

Chairman: You DO know that you’ve pretty much doomed yourself by trespassing on this ship right?

 

Sakaki: Sez you.

 

Chairman: I must know however….why did you come here?

 

Sakaki: Isn’t it customary to introduce yourself before asking people questions?

 

Chairman: How quaint. This must be one of those “Earth” customs. Fine fine. I am…hmmm….you can simply refer to me as “Boss Tengon.” Yes that describes me well.

 

(He begins to laugh giddily, which causes Sakaki and all the guards to sweatdrop.)

 

Sakaki: Eh…is this REALLY the boss?

 

Guard: Yeah…he acts a bit loopy sometimes though.

 

Boss Tengon: Now earth-boy. What are you doing here?

 

Sakaki: I can’t let you take over my planet! Someone told me that’s why you’re here! So I came to stop you!

 

(Boss Tengon launches into a more normal laugh now and the guards join him.)

 

Boss Tengon: You have GOT to be kidding me.

 

Sakaki: You….don’t wanna take over earth?

 

Boss Tengon: Of course not you idiot. This planet is useless. If anything only worth taking over to feed our cattle. We came here to look for someone.

 

Sakaki: Who?

 

Boss Tengon: My boy…have ever heard of the Master technology?

 

Sakaki: What’s that?

 

Boss Tengon: It’s magnificent! It’s a person who can build anything from any material anywhere! If we can find this person we can gain all of our wildest dreams!

 

Sakaki: Well I’ve never heard of this person or that Master whatever.

 

Boss Tengon: Well then you’re worthless to us. (Whiny) Just when we were so close…. the sensors said that this person was here on earth in this time period!

 

Sakaki: Hmmm?

 

Tengon Guard B: So does this mean we can…you know….off him?

 

Boss Tengon: Do whatever I guess.

 

Tengon Guard A: Surrrrre.

 

Sakaki: I don’t like the way you guys are looking at me……

 

(They all get closer to Sakaki with murderous looks in their eyes.)

 

Sakaki: AHHHHH!

 

(Then everyone hears a far away battle cry.)

 

Boss Tengon: What was that?

 

(Then Atsuko in her wolf form bursts through the doors and runs down the corridor.)

 

Sakaki: Atsuko?! You came after all!

 

(The guards dive for her but she darts out of their way with her reflexes and speed.)

 

Sakaki: She’s really cool!

 

(She stands on the control panel and holds up a metallic sphere.)

 

Atsuko: If you don’t let him go I’ll scramble up your controls with this!

 

Guard: Boss! What do you recommend?

 

Boss Tengon: We definitely CAN’T let her scramble the controls…I worked all afternoon on those!

 

(He gets out of his chair and bows to her.)

 

Boss Tengon: Don’t do that please kind miss!

 

Everyone: WHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT?!

 

Sakaki: This guy doesn’t seem like an evil person….

 

Atsuko: Wait…shouldn’t you guys be more fearsome?

 

Boss Tengon: Just leave us be! We’ll leave!

 

(Atsuko lets her guard down and bends down to his level.)

 

Atsuko: Are you serious about that?

 

(Atsuko doesn’t notice Boss Tengon beckoning to his subordinates to open fire on our heroine but Sakaki does.)

 

Sakaki: ATSUKO! WATCH OUT!

 

Atsuko: What?!

 

(They begin to fire on her, but Sakaki knocks her over causing the metallic spear to fly out of her hand.)

 

Boss Tengon: NO!

 

(It lands on the control panel and sparks fly out and it begins to erupt into flames.)

 

Atsuko: Er…whoops?

 

(The ship begins to gravitate up and down and finally hits the water and begins to sink.)

 

Sakaki: Atsuko! What do we do!?

 

Atsuko: I got it handled! (She digs in her pocket and digs out keys attached to an alarm.) Time gate!

 

(Suddenly outside Atsuko’s “House” turns into a small ship and flies out to the mothership of the Tengons and hovers outside the front of their current location.)

 

Sakaki: That’s just TOO cool.

 

Atsuko: Let’s get out of here!

 

(The two both jump through the now open glass window in front of the control panel and into Atsuko’s ship.)

Boss Tengon: Wait a second! COME BACK HERE!

 

Guard: Boss! The two scouterships! We can escape in those!

 

Boss Tengon: Dammit…(Whining) Don’t those two know how much a mothership costs now a days?

 

(The Tengon’s ship sinks into the ocean; however both parties get out unhurt.)

 

Sakaki: That was great Atsuko!

 

Atsuko: Yeah! I finally got the courage to face those guys! This day has been the best ever!

 

Sakaki: Yeah!

 

(They both celebrate their victory, but then the Time gate begins to shake up and down.)

 

Sakaki: Tell me…it’s supposed to do that right?

 

Atsuko: ‘Fraid not….

 

(The Time gate then vibrates some more and disappears. Then it reappears in the timeflow.)

 

Sakaki: Where….are we GOING?!?!?

 

Atsuko: No idea! I never actually read the guide for this thing!

 

Sakaki: Somehow…this day just managed to get progressively worse….

 

(The time gate flies into the time flow towards its unknown destination.)

Sakaki: We’re in a new time with no sort of power devices…nice work Atsuko.

 

Atsuko: I already said I’m sorry…what more do you want?

 

Sakaki: TO GO HOME!

 

Atsuko: I have to find out what went haywire with the Time gate before we can do that!

 

Sakaki: Geez and those tengon guys followed us here too?!? What do they want from us?

 

Atsuko: Next time on Sakaki Jikan Tabibito!

 

Episode 3: Next stop Evergreen paradise! A huge castle!

 

Hau: Sakaki-san…where could you be?
