This is a Summary of Greyashe Episode 7.

OP: OUTRUNNER

ED: Sunshine.

Chapters Covered: 11-14

Attica looks down at Van's body, and she can't believe what she's done. The boy lies unmoving at the bottom of a flight of stairs in a pool of his own blood. She moves to try and help him, and then grows faint at the sight of blood on her own hands.

Meanwhile Radam and Claire's battle has also reached a stalemate, as Radam coughs up blood. Claire's eyes narrow as she realizes that he is using an anti-fire magic, in the form of chackrams around his arms. She berates him, saying that even if he has an incantation, without the magic loving him in return, he's writing out his own will. She then points out that he will die before he can protect anyone. Radam grows upset and throws the chackrams aside and lunges at Claire; claiming that he can finish her himself. Claire dodges his attacks initially, but then is sent flying when she miscalculates one of his movements because of her long bangs getting in her way. Before she can get frustrated however, Radam closes in. Now that he's no longer using the anti-fire magic incantation, her flame should prove effective. Just as she's about to release the fireball, Van suddenly appears in the doorway leading to the roof. He tells Claire that with her flame released by the fire dancers, that she'll end up killing him. He surprises her by repeating the promise that she made to the elder to atone for her past actions, and ends saying that he doesn't want to watch Claire kill someone else. Claire realizes his farsight is the reason for his sudden outburst, but she's still shaken. She stops, and asks Van what she should do. Van simply tells her to move left, and as she does Radam misses his chance to land an attack. This pattern continues for a bit, and Radam tells Attica to take care take care of Van. She creates her illusions again, but before she can attack Van, he stares at her with his farsight activated. He tells her that even without his eyes, he can tell that she has no intention of killing him. When she stabbed him earlier, she changed the trajectory of the sword so that it pierced his side, and not a vital area. He quickly adds that he heard her sigh of relief when he got up and ran to stop Claire.

With Van's direction and Radam's growing fatigue,  eventually Claire is able to overcome his attacks and stop him in his tracks. She admits that the old version of herself would have killed him, but now she's different. Not the Goddess Killer, but 'Claire.' She then orders Radam to start explaining why he and Attica targeted them, citing that she doesn't buy the story about the WITCH organization. Radam realizes he has no choice and begins to tell his story.

When Radam was only a boy, he lost both of his parents due to a bandit's attack. He lashed out to the world that had betrayed him, stealing, marauding, and rolling with bad company. That is until a robbery gone wrong, where he's shot twice. As the youth lies dying, he thinks about how he was set up to take the fall all of his life; and how he would vanish from this world without really knowing what his mother looked like. Suddenly, is surrounded by lights and hears a gentle and familiar voice. He looks up and realizes that his mother is holding him, her image in the back of his mind from his childhood. He then feels something cold, and realizes that he is not being held by his mother, but by a woman in a cloak, who has chains around her arms. Before he can ask what happened, the woman is taken away by strange men. She reveals her name to be Attica, and tells Radam that he has to stay strong, for his mother and himself.

Radam is infatuated, and after tending to his injuries tracks down the men and finds out where they took Attica. They're using her illusionary magic as a type of 'quick high', as she can tell what one's desires are by simply touching them. After her 'show' is over, Radam sneaks down to her cell and asks if she would like to be free. She's hesitant as she doesn't want to trouble him, but then Radam says that he'll make sure she stays safe, and is willing to lay down his life for her. Attica can tell this is the truth, and she decides to believe in him. The two manage to escape from the cell, and disappear into the night. Unfortunately, the strangers aren't so willing to give up their 'drug' and pursue Radam, who had no idea just how far their influence spread. Radam and Attica soon find themselves fugitives with no where to rest their heads, that is until one of the WITCHes notices Radam's strength, and giving him an anti-fire incantation asks him to destroy the Goddess killer.

In the present Radam curses his weakness as Attica comforts him. Van turns and walks away from the couple; which surprises Claire. She asks why he'd let them go after what they put him through. Van reminds her that it was because someone else had mercy on them that they were able to get this far. He then adds that, although he doesn't understand everything that happened,  he does know that the two of them will never find happiness with each other; if the only thing they have in common is murder.
